Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Across the United States on all orders.
We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders to any address within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped from our location in Bay Area, California.

Order Tracking
- Tracking number provided via email once shipped

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.

Address Accuracy
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout
- We cannot modify addresses after order placement
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded
- Contact us immediately if you notice an address error, if the order hasn't been shipped yet, we may be able to make a change

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Photos required for damage claims
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost package claims accepted after 7 business days from shipping
- Refund provided for verified claims
