Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is HUVI's return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: To initiate a return, please email us at admin@huvi-store.com. If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
A: We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired alternative.
Q: Are all items returnable?
A: No. Custom products (special orders or personalized items), sale items, clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us at admin@huvi-store.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Information
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders to any address within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from our location in the Bay Area, California.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please carefully verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after order placement, and orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away—if the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to make a change.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: For damaged packages, please file a claim within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. For lost packages, claims are accepted after 7 business days from the shipping date. We'll provide a refund for all verified claims.
